The Futur en tous genres day looks at the future and the broad perspectives that are open to girls and boys nowadays, with the aim of fighting stereotypes and making young people aware of all career opportunities without a priori.
For one day, Geneva students in 9th grade were invited to follow one of their parents or to take part in thematic workshops in various institutions to discover professional environments and the variety of professional careers.
24 students therefore took part in the workshops organised by CERN on Thursday 14 November for a "journey of discovery at the heart of science". They benefited from a rich and varied program of sharing and discovery that undoubtedly aroused their curiosity and who knows, perhaps created vocations.
