Django Girls

A programming workshop facilitated by CERN engineers, for women aged 15+

Django Girls Geneva in a few words :

• An initiation day into computer programming;
• Inspirational meetings with specialists in digital and web technologies;
• A friendly, fun and positive learning environment.

Django Girls workshops introduce women of ages 15+ to programming, and technology in general, by teaching them how to create a blog and deploy it on the internet. Participants are coached by CERN engineer trainers.

Programme :

• An installation evening party for participants to meet and install the workshop softwares on their computers.
• A workshop day to learn how to create a website.
