“Mystère au Manoir Moutarde”: when science solves mysteries

On Thursday 28 November 2019, 300 children and accompanying adults have attended the two performances of « Mystère au Manoir Moutarde » (Mystery at the Mustard Manor) at the CERN Globe of Science and Innovation. Created to raise pupils’ awareness of science, the play seduced the audience thanks to its clever combination of a playful scenario, some surprising scientific experiments and the participation of the public.

Written by Fathi Ben Aribi, the play is interpreted by the University of Geneva’s Scienscope team. It main goals are to present sciences in an original manner, and who knows, perhaps to arouse vocations among children.
